This team carries out
research to identify new services and products

this site. Once a viable business or invetion has
been identified using key measuring parameters a
detailed proposal is written and passed to
the business development team. These services or
inventions should be at least 90% fully
developed.

Business Development Team
After a business proposal has
been researched and accepted as a viable business,
the business development team will write the
business & marketing plan for the business.
This work is done in conjunction with accountants
to include the financial forecast and development
strategy.

Financial Accounts Team
When the business plan &
financial plans are completed and approved by the
management board. The investor team search &
select the most suitable investors for the
business, the proposal is presented and funding is
secured.

Team

ensure that all documents relating to the

order.
5. Business Implementation
Team
Once funding is in place and
all legal documents are in order, the
business implementation team begin to develop the
physical structure of the business according to
